Today IGN released an exclusive trailer for the upcoming animated movie of Elseworlds Superman: Red Son. The film will be a direct-to-video film adaption of the comic as part of the DC Universe Animated Original Movies line.
For those who aren't in the know, Superman: Red Son is a three-issue prestige format comic book mini-series (NOT a graphic novel like mentioned in the trailer) published by DC Comics in 2003. Mark Millar created the comic as a "What if Superman had been raised in the Soviet Union?"
